coco888: I was made redundant two months ago buy arjuna What happened was that in October 1989 Kevin Taylor, aged 33, was driving a 30-tonne tipper truck through Sittingbourne in Kent when he ran over and killed 12-year-old Darren Owen. Taylor then accelerated down the High Street, hitting another car containing a woman with two young children, before driving away from the scene. Taylor had a long criminal record for violence and driving offences and had never held a driving licence. His convictions included grievous bodily harm, burglary, theft, criminal damage and assaulting police. He also had only one eye after being shot in a family feud. At his trial he swore at and threatened the grieving parents and was suspected of desecrating Darren's grave, which was vandalised four times, forcing the family to move their son's remains to a secret resting place.
